Preventive Care

Your health deserves personal attention.

Regular gynaecological check-ups are an important part of maintaining your health and well-being. They help identify potential problems at an early stage and provide an opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns in a confidential and supportive environment.

At my practice, I take the time to understand your individual needs and offer personalised advice and care at every stage of life.

What does a gynaecological check-up include?

Depending on your age, medical history and individual needs, a preventive gynaecological examination may include:

  • Gynaecological examination – assessment of your gynaecological health.

  • Cervical screening (Pap smear) – early detection of cervical cell changes.

  • Vaginal swab – testing for infections when indicated.

  • Breast examination – clinical assessment of your breast health.

  • Ultrasound examination – assessment of the uterus and ovaries, where appropriate.

  • Personal consultation – discussing contraception, menstrual problems, menopause and any other concerns you may have.

The examinations are tailored to your individual situation. Not every test is necessary at every visit.

Prevention at every stage of life

Your health needs change over time. Whether you are attending your first gynaecological appointment, planning a pregnancy, experiencing menstrual problems or approaching menopause, I will be happy to support you with individual advice and care.

My aim is to provide clear information, answer your questions and help you make informed decisions about your health.
